A collection of thundering bass loops from reggae to R&B, swing jazz to alternative rock, techno to tuba.
Contains both classic basslines (the 12 bar files will let you put together some excellent blues by compiling lines out of the specifically named '1,' '5', and '4' riffs - you don't even have to listen to them!) and more inspirational, challenging playing, especially in the 'prog' and 'alternative' rock categories.
Files center around five instrument types: electric bass guitar, upright (acoustic) bass, bass synth, tuba, and piano bass, each reflecting the player and controller used in their creation.
There's a wide range of styles, including blues, country, disco, funk, hip hop, dance, jazz, reggae, Latin, and rock. There's some very useful incidental files such as turnarounds, slides, classic lines, and shuffles.
SMF Type 1 file format. Guaranteed to work with all DAWs and hardware sequencers that can load/import .MIDs: Cubase (all versions, including LE and Sequel), GarageBand, Pro Tools, Logic, Acid, Reason, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Live, and Cakewalk (all version), and with all VSTs or synth sound sources.
