Shipping within US and Canada
When you go to the CHECKOUT we give you the best range of automated shipping options, from Next Day UPS to US Mail, to download (where appropriate).
It is our policy to ship all international orders with a value of more than $100 via UPS only. This is due to a high number of lost, stolen, and heavily delayed packages in the USPS system. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes as your package enters your country.

Shipping charges are based on your actual location and are displayed during the checkout process after you enter your shipping address but before you enter your payment information. To view shipping options and costs, just begin placing your order and you will be able to review and select your options before you are asked to pay.

We ship Mon-Fri, 8am-2pm Pacific Time in the USA. If your order is received within this time period it will normally ship the same day (depending on stock).
Our primary goal is to get you matched up with the best gear possible for the job at hand, and we understand this occasionally requires a second try. We will always work with you in a flexible and friendly way regarding your purchases and post-purchase support. That said, here is the nitty-gritty on returns:
You must contact us before returning anything. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the item’s ship date. If your return is authorized* we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your return on the outside of the shipping box. Your Return Authorization number is valid for 30 days from the time it is issued. Merchandise sent to Keyfax without an RA# on the outside of the package, or with an expired RA# (after 30 days from the time it is issued) will be refused and returned to sender. *As per industry standard, software is not returnable. DVD and other media that can be copied is also not returnable. Personal items such as microphones cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If an item appears to be defective we will work with you and the manufacturer in question regarding warranty returns and servicing. Returned items must be new and clean, with no visible signs of wear, and complete with all documentation and packaging intact. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion on any returned items. Because nothing can be “un-shipped”, we cannot refund shipping costs. If you received free UPS ground shipping with your order, the real cost of shipping that item to you will be deducted from your return amount.
