technology including Rock Talk (MacDonald), What

than ten years, beginning with one of the first independent
synthesizer guides Getting The Most
Out Of The Korg M1 (1989).
Over the subsequent three years a major 3-part video series
was produced: Getting The Most Out
Of Home Recording, which
remains viable, and on sale to this day, and Analogue
Heaven,
commemorating the opening of London’s Museum of Synthesizer
Technology, complete with interviews with Bob Moog and performances
by Flood, Mark Jenkins, and other synthesizer luminaries.
The
success of the original Get Motifated video/DVD (which won
a Videographers Award in 2001) bred a further two full length
programs, Tips, Tricks, and Techniques, and Sampling &
Recording Projects. In 2003 Keyfax produced The
Complete Guide To the Motif ES, plus Exploring
Twiddly.Bits MIDI Samples.
The 01Xperience, a 2 hour, 5-language DVD on the Yamaha
01x mLAN Mixing Studio was released in early 2004 as Keyfax
moved to new offices in Santa Cruz featuring full on-site
audio and video facilities.
During 2004 Keyfax has produced a number of short DVDs for
Yamaha, edited a European Concert Special for Alan Parsons,
and wrote, shot, and produced a major new DVD on sound reinforcement
that is due for release at the end of the year.
Since then Keyfax has produced many full-length DVDs for Yamaha, and other manufacturers, created countless short web videos, and edited a European Concert Special for Alan Parsons. |
